How to book a stay
You can book your stay with us by checking availability on our online calendar and make the booking using the secured payment system.
You can also contact us via email or telephone with any questions or enquiries.
For larger groups it is better to email or call.
Arrivals and Check-ins
We are open for arrivals from 9am – 12 mid-day when you will be able to store your bag and use the facilities, but the room may not be available to check-into until 5pm.
Check-in is between 5pm and 10pm.
Anyone arriving between 12 mid-day and 5pm should contact us the day before or on the morning of arrival before midday to receive an access code and instructions to gain entry to the house.
Terms and conditions
A deposit equal to the first night of the stay is required.
The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival.
Payments can be made using the following cards:
Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Credit, Mastercard (all card incur a charge of 3.00%)
If a booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 7 days or more before the arrival then a charge equal to £2.00 per person booked will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of booking will be charged.
Behaviour of guests should not be excessive or rowdy and must not cause annoyance, distress or embarrassment to staff or fellow guests.
